The Kansas City Chiefs released their final injury report ahead of their Week 7 matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers on Friday.

Kansas City will be without wide receiver Justin Watson on Sunday due to an elbow injury he suffered in Week 6 against the Denver Broncos. The early diagnosis was Watson could be out of action for the next few weeks and it looks like that could be the case.
Luckily, Watson is not a candidate for the Reserve/Injury list, per assurance from head Andy Reid this week. The veteran receiver was the only player on the Chiefs active roster that did not participate in practice all week.
