Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid is easily one of the best HCs in the franchise’s history and among some elite company as one of the greatest to roam an NFL sideline. But after the Chiefs’ 21-14 win over the Dolphins on Sunday in Frankfurt, Germany, Reid reached a milestone that ties another history Chiefs coach.

After Week 9, the Chiefs improved to 7-2 on the season and Reid tied former Chiefs head coach Hank Stram for the most regular-season victories in team history, per senior team reporter Matt McMullen.

Under Reid’s leadership, Kansas City has never suffered a losing season and only missed the postseason once (2014). Since 2016, the Chiefs have reigned as the cream of the crop in the AFC West with seven consecutive division crowns. Since 2013, the Chiefs have been the winnest club in the NFL and have three conference titles and two Super Bowl championships to show for it.

Kansas City is currently on their bye week and won’t see the field again until November 20, when they host the Philadelphia Eagles on Monday Night Football. Fittingly, Reid will have a chance to become the winningest HC in Chiefs history by beating his former team in primetime. Reid is already the Eagles’ all-time lead in regular-season victories.

Since joining the Chiefs in 2013, Reid has faced Philly four times, including the Super Bowl, and has won every meeting.
