After being placed on the team’s COVID/reserved list on Monday, Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Demarcus Robinson and center Daniel Kilgore are clear and good to go for Super Bowl 55.

Both players were placed on the COVID list due to being in close contact with a barber who had tested positive for the virus. Over the course of this week, Robinson was the first Chief to be cleared to participate in the Super Bowl on Friday morning, per NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero.

Daniel Kilgore became eligible to play on Saturday after testing negative on his latest COVID test.

According to NFL Insider Ian Rapoport, all players for Kansas City and Tampa Bay have tested negative this week, including Saturday. Before leaving for Tampa, Florida, Kansas City took rapid PCR tests, and the Bucs took the same tests on Saturday morning. Both clubs will test for a final time on Sunday under usual game-day protocols for night games.

Kansas City also announced a series of roster moves ahead of the big game tomorrow. The Chiefs have placed starting left tackle Eric Fisher and linebacker Willie Gay on injured reserve; WR Marcus Kemp, QB Matt Moore, and LB Chris Lammons have been elevated from the practice squad and TE Deon Yelder has been activated from IR.
